Executive Chef, Kira Lewis & staff make dining at Garbo’s a special occasion, whether it is your first visit or you are a resident and dine at Garbo’s daily. Chef Arvizo is Le Cordon Blue trained & worked at The Four Seasons in Scottsdale Arizona before coming to The Montecito. His dishes are as flavorful as they are visually stunning. Garbo’s menu is very diverse, with a little something for everyone, including vegan, gluten free and vegetarian options. We can also accommodate low salt, low fat & sugar free diets. Daily lunch & dinner specials keep the menu fresh & are plated & on display as you enter the restaurant. Garbo’s also offers in house catered meals & special events. We have several areas in the main Clubhouse at The Montecito where we can hold private events including the Capote Library, Oscar Wilde Theatre, The Starlight Lounge & back patio.
